Manager, Site Payment Services

Are you a dynamic leader ready to make an impact in clinical research? We're seeking an experienced Manager to lead our global Site Payment Services team and drive operational excellence across our organization.

As Manager of Site Payment Services, you'll take the helm of a talented global team responsible for the complete end-to-end management of site payments. You'll ensure the timely setup of funds and payment of Investigator invoices while maintaining exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is your chance to lead with purpose, mentor high-performing team members, and implement meaningful process improvements that drive efficiency across the organization.

What You'll Do:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a diverse global team, fostering a positive, results-oriented work environment

  • Manage performance through regular feedback, appraisals, and recognition of outstanding contributions

  • Develop team capabilities through technical support, coaching, and professional development

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end site payment management, ensuring timely and accurate fund setup and invoice payments

  • Implement process improvements in collaboration with management and trainers, responding to project and client feedback

  • Ensure all team queries are addressed efficiently and correctly, maintaining the highest service standards

Compliance & Reporting

  • Track project-specific training and document lessons learned

  • Prepare monthly dashboards and regular reports to senior management

  • Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, and time reporting alignment

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in a Clinical Research Organization, Finance/Accounting function, or comparable field

  • Experience in Site Payments highly advantageous

  • Minimum 1+ years of management experience with a proven track record of leading teams

  • Demonstrated expertise in onboarding, mentoring, and coaching direct reports

  • Excellent financial management knowledge and acumen

Key Competencies

  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to lead and engage team members to achieve departmental and corporate goals

  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and web-based IT systems

  • Flexible, adaptable approach with enthusiasm for managing multiple priorities

  • Comfort working in matrix environments and collaborating across teams

  • Patient, quality-focused, and client-centric mindset

Education & Language

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

  • Advanced to excellent English proficiency (for non-native speakers)
