Patient Engagement Systems Coordinator - FSP

Parexel FSP is looking for Patient Engagement Systems Coordinator in Mexico to join our team!

Job Summary

The Patient Engagement Systems Coordinator is responsible for providing study level operational support to the Patient Recruitment Team, management and oversight of client's Participant Engagement System (PPES) technologies, timelines and deliverables for launch of the PPES.

Job Responsibilities:

System and document maintenance:

• Tracks documents and/or processes, including appropriate follow up (e.g., system templates) and document filing

• Works across multiple Therapeutic Areas (TAs) based on need including supporting light speed studies with aggressive timelines

• Takes guidance/direction from team leader regarding patient recruitment and study team with recruitment activities

• Works proactively and independently to coordinate and prioritize multiple key study tasks in support of clinical trial systems and processes

• Supports cooperative recruitment and retention systems for patient recruitment and retention (e.g. set up and maintenance of studies in related systems)

• Ensures the completion of assigned tasks according to timelines and to required quality standards

• Supports short term Patient Recruitment Special Project requests (eg workstreams, initiatives, projects) as needed

• Manages own time to meet agreed targets; develops plans for short term work activities on own projects (timelines, work plans, deliverables)

• Follows up and liaises with functional lines, patient recruitment team, other client functional lines, and suppliers as needed

• Provides status updates on key tasks and activities to the Patient Recruitment Specialist (PRS) and Associate Director (AD) and contributes to study level Patient Recruitment and Retention (PRR) updates

Compliance with Parexel standards:

• Complies with required training curriculum

• Completes timesheets accurately as required

• Submits expense reports as required

• Updates CV as required

• Maintains a working knowledge of and complies with Parexel processes, ICH-GCPs and other applicable requirements

Qualifications

Skills:

• Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external colleagues

• Strong interpersonal skills with a team oriented approach

• Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing goals and timelines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications)

• Fluency in written and spoken English required

Knowledge and Experience:

• Possesses an understanding of technical systems and ability to perform basic technical skills including front end programming

Education:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in biological sciences or related discipline in natural sciences/health care field or equivalent combination of education and experience (meaning degree in something other than science/natural science/health care)
