Pricing Analytics Manager

We are seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager to join our team. As a Pricing Analytics Manager, you will join a fast-paced, globally connected team that shapes the commercial strategies behind our partnerships with sponsors worldwide. Through advanced pricing analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help develop competitive commercial solutions that support business growth while keeping patients at the heart of everything we do. What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain sponsor-specific rate cards and Functional Service Provider (FSP) pricing models
- Lead financial analyses, margin modeling, cost calculations, and commercial scenario planning
- Partner with Business Development, Proposals, Commercial Finance, Contracts, and Operations teams to support customer negotiations and proposal development
- Evaluate customer-requested rate changes and provide pricing recommendations aligned with business objectives
- Create and maintain pricing templates, tools, and centralized rate repositories
- Drive review and approval processes for commercial packages and strategic pricing opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities
- Leverage Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform tools to enhance analytics and decision-making
- Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across pricing deliverables
