Meetings Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for a Meetings Coordinator/Associate to join our ambitious and friendly team on a permanent basis. The role sits within our Meeting Services department and offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about event management. You'll be supporting the team responsible for the delivery of in-person and virtual events for our global clients.
This position is predominantly remote, with a requirement to work from our Worthing, West Sussex facility at least once a week. Candidates must live within an hour of the Worthing office.
This role would ideally suit a highly organized individual with excellent administrative capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You'll need exceptional attention to detail with a client-focused approach, along with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and maintain enthusiasm while learning is essential. Experience within a customer service-based environment would be advantageous.
We're looking for someone with a positive, results-oriented mindset who is a natural team player. You should be able to build partnerships, foster collaboration, and communicate openly, objectively, and in a balanced manner with your colleagues. A confident attitude with a "let's do this" approach is key to success in this role. Please note that occasional international travel may be required.
