迅速に臨床試験が行えるように、ファンクショナルリーダーとして、施設との契約をリードする高度な専門職です。
・治験契約に関する方針に従い、グローバルまたは日本での治験契約書ひな形の作成
・治験にかかわる予算の算出、レビュー、治験施設契約担当者との交渉や、必要に応じて治験依頼者との会議に同席 等

・この部門では、日本のみならず海外チームメンバーや多様なバックグラウンドを持った部署・役職・勤務地の方々と協力して契約書を作成、あるいは、レビューして、仕事をすすめる楽しさがあります。

・社内の開発部等と連携して契約書をレビューしますので治験全体をビジネスサイドから見ることができます。
・サイト契約に関する専門家として、プロジェクト全体の効率化や品質向上にも貢献いただきます。
主な業務
- 医療機関との費用(予算)交渉（ポイント表、積算書等）
- 医療機関との契約書、費用関係書類の作成
- 契約締結までの進捗管理・課題解決
- スポンサーおよび社内関係部署との調整
- 契約関連KPIのモニタリング・報告
応募条件：
- CRO、製薬企業、SMO等でのSite Contracts、Study Start-Up、CRA、Clinical Operations関連のご経験
- 施設との費用交渉、費用算出、費用の覚書作成のご経験
※治験に必要となる費用の計算や概算の推測が得意な方を求めています。 - Site Contractに対する熱意・専門性を高めたい方
- 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、タイムマネジメント力
- 中級以上の英語力（読み・書き・会話）
※英語で会議対応が可能な方は歓迎 - 東京オフィスまたは大阪オフィスにご出社可能なエリアにお住いの方
※リモートワーク中心な働き方ですが、業務に応じて月に数回オフィス出社いただく可能性があるため
