Warehouse Team Member - Night Shift

Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Depot Technician to join our dynamic Clinical Logistics team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our mission by ensuring Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries, and Lab Kits reach those who need them most. Working in our fast-paced environment, you'll have multiple opportunities to excel and grow your career in clinical research logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Clinical Trial Materials according to established protocols, including picking, packing, and quality control
- Conduct thorough quality control checks and promptly report any issues affecting product integrity
- Support material management activities including destruction, recalls, reconciliation, and returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitoring systems
- Assist with general maintenance of premises and equipment
- Manage filing and archiving activities with precision and attention to detail
- Follow standardized workflows from Parexel or specific clients
Qualifications
- High School or Vocational degree (comprehensive training will be provided)
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn GxP regulations
- Previous warehouse support experience required
- Packaging and labeling experience in pharmaceutical or biological industry preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good hand-eye coordination
