Project Manager- FSP

Parexel FSP is looking for a Project Manager. This is a remote position in Brazil, Argentina OR Mexico.

JOBSUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for owning and driving the tactical management and pull-through of operational resources including planning, managing and supporting program development and implementation. They will act as a key partner in organizing and managing high priorityprojects, tracking and reporting identifying project risks, and actively maintaining transparency of work, timelines, and deliverables across program stakeholder groups.

Reporting into the designated project lead, they will be vocal, visible, and proactive members of the team to deliver results. They must be able to thrive in unchartered territory and complexity and be a voice of discipline and structure to enable development and deployment of processes, operational solutions and or change management strategiesthat meet the needs of the business. Alongside a growth mindset, they will understand and be able to deploy waterfall or Agile principles and methods and possess excellent Project management discipline to enable on-time and quality delivery of key initiatives.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management leadership in support of key Quality programs
  • Develop program plans and timelines for the development and execution of initiatives,
  • Set-up and lead effective cross-functional meetings by setting clear agendas, managing time, and ensuring inclusive participation from scientific, clinical, regulatory, and digital stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions to align on project goals, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across diverse teams with varying priorities.
  • Identify, champion and track outcome based KPIs for each program.
  • Create communication materials in support of the program plan which includes the development of slides, leadership communications and communication strategies
  • Oversee and track the team’s progress against operational priorities in support of the Quality project lead and work with relevant partners (business, comms, training, digital)
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate internal resources & third parties/vendors to ensure resource availability & allocation for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope & budget

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee, and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
  • BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education a bonus.
  • Significant pharma experience
  • Proven experience (7+ years) of strong project/program management skills and delivery with PMI Project Management Certification and Agile Project Management qualifications (preferred)
  • Demonstrated history of leading or managing innovation / transformation / growth / simplification programs to deliver tangible and measurable value add and change.
  • Experience of managing and implementing approaches to grow the business & the ability to champion a growth mindset in the culture;
  • A high energy-level individual with experience of working in complex, fast-paced and sometime ambiguous environments and who can operate under pressure; be decisive, vocal, visible and comfortable to hold others to account.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated accountability, agility, and ability to drive program completion in expedited timelines
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work in “white space” and drive towards an aspirational vision.
  • Creative problem solver, demonstrated track record of exemplary performance, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle competing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Track record of driving collaboration and fostering highly productive, functional relationships.
  • Global experience in working with different markets that span various cultures, languages, and time zones.
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
