Meetings Associate
Job ID R0000039094 , LithuaniaWe are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Meetings Coordinator / Associate to join our ambitious and friendly team on a permanent basis. As part of our Meeting Services department, you will play a key administrative role in supporting a fast‑paced team responsible for delivering both in‑person and virtual events for our global clients.
This role can be located in either Lithuania or Romania.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
Strong organisational skills and proven administrative experience, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when processing, tracking, and coordinating financial payments.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively, always keeping client satisfaction at the forefront. Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Confidence in managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
A positive, results-oriented mindset and a natural ability to work well within a team.
Commitment to completing all pre-planning and administrative tasks to a high standard, on time, and within project scope under the guidance of a manager.
A collaborative approach, building productive partnerships and communicating openly and objectively with colleagues.
A confident, proactive “let’s do this” attitude.
