About the Role:
We are seeking a Global Biometrics Delivery Lead to join our team in a Remote capacity. As a Global Biometrics Delivery Lead, you will have overall accountability for the execution of Data Operations strategy and Data Operations technology setup across clinical projects and programs. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will provide leadership across database programming, data integration, data management, and statistical services while working closely with clients, cross functional stakeholders, and Global Data Operations teams worldwide.
This role offers the opportunity to influence the successful delivery of clinical trials by ensuring key milestones, timelines, quality standards, and operational objectives are achieved. You will drive collaboration across teams, manage project level budgets and resourcing, support risk mitigation activities, and provide leadership that enables efficient, high-quality clinical data delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of Data Operations strategy and Data Operations technology setup for assigned projects and programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Global Data Operations activities, partnering with clients, functional leaders, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide leadership across database programming, data integration, data management, and statistical services teams operating across multiple geographies.
- Create and execute project timeline plans covering all Global Data Operations deliverables and coordinate dependencies across Data Management, Programming, and Biostatistics functions.
- Manage project budgets, resource planning, and staffing requirements while monitoring productivity and project progress.
- Ensure project activities comply with quality standards, SOPs, ICH-GCP requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Identify project risks proactively and contribute to risk mitigation planning and resolution activities.
- Support project startup, study conduct, closeout activities, audits, inspections, and project documentation maintenance.
- Collaborate with study teams and Data Standards Associates to support the use of applicable data standards.
- Establish effective working relationships with functional experts and provide leadership, guidance, and project direction to team members as appropriate.
- Monitor scope, timelines, deliverables, and project metrics to ensure contractual commitments and business objectives are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence across project delivery activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience leading project teams in a technical, programming, data management, or statistical environment with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of cross functional clinical development activities.
- Knowledge of SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable local and international regulations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within global and culturally diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ Experience supporting data management, statistical programming, data integration, or biometrics functions within clinical development.
- Understanding of clinical trial systems and how technology platforms support Data Operations delivery.
- Experience participating in audits, inspections, or quality improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of clinical data standards and their application within clinical trials.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
