Facility Manager

This position will manage the day-to-day CRES operations of the Hyderabad office.
Note:
This is a contractual role for one year.
Key Accountabilities:
Accountability:
Soft services
Manage day-to-day site operations of CRES.
Office upkeep and monitor HK activities to ensure the 52-week calendar is fully met.
Pest control activities.
Cafeteria and Pantry services.
Events and client visits.
Liaise with the building management for various operational requirements.
Manage the manpower from FM partner, backfills, leave planning.
Weekend activities for the facility upkeep.
Monitor scheduled PPMs of all the site equipment.
Facility repair and maintenance related activities.
Timely closure of the SNOW tickets.
Monitor mailroom operations.
Team trainings and compliances.
Quarterly rewards and recognitions.
Incident reporting, RCA and CAPA.
Transport Management
End-to-End transport management which will include the arrangement, auditing the vendor fleet, MIS verification and timely processing the vendor payments.
Drivers briefing
In-person monitoring the logouts
Vehicle surprise checks.
Ensure compliance
Supervision of technical services
Monitor the AMCs of all the critical equipment
Oversee all the PPM schedules as per the AMC terms.
Process the invoices based on the AMC terms and record all the service reports.
Check the daily records of the technical teams to be maintained for all the critical rooms.
Act and arrest any technical glitch with the empaneled vendor for timely resolution.
