Facilities Coordinator

Location: Harrow, UK – Fully office-based (5 days per week)
Join our dedicated team supporting critical Early Phase Clinical Units at Parexel! We're looking for an experienced Facilities & Office Services Coordinator to ensure our site runs smoothly, safely, and professionally.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise reception, housekeeping, mailroom, and switchboard services
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and shared facilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Oversee space planning, office moves, and furniture arrangements
- Support Occupational Health & Safety initiatives and compliance
- Administer company vehicles and parking arrangements
- Serve as backup receptionist when needed
What We Need:
- A few years' experiencein administration or building services
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Computer literate (MS Office including Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, and client-focused approach
- Experience with minor repairs using hand tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Right to work in the UK (we're unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role)
Education:
- Associate or Bachelor's degreein facility management, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Important:This role requires full-time presence in our Harrow office (Northwick Park Hospital), 5 days per week.
