Job Introduction:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, CRES to lead Parexel’s Workplace Solutions, the role is people-first, with the guest and employee experience being at the forefront of the department’s mission.
Who we are looking for:
A successful candidate will be a driven and experienced professional who is excited to help a global firm create and maintain dynamic, world-class workplaces. Requires detail-focused service-delivery expertise and can manage a team and budgets to achieve the most positive and efficient outcomes. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and implement initiatives gearing up for go-live of new Headquarters regarding end user experience best practices
- Management, hiring, training, and professional development of workplace-experienced team members
- Management of all in-office held events ranging from social to training sessions and executive meetings, collaborating with IT/AV teams where necessary
- Direction, supervision, and oversight of all support services; including concierge, maintenance, cleaning, hospitality, mail, security, reception and sustainability
- Relationship management with key department heads and senior leadership team members
- Manage relationships with external vendors like property managers, brokers, contractors, and service providers
- Promote employee engagement by facilitating feedback on the workplace environment and addressing concerns related to space and facilities
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and negotiate with external vendors
- Contract management and negotiation, ensuring all service providers perform according to contract and service level agreements
- Monitor headcount and plan space management and facilities requirements accordingly
- Conduct space needs assessments, design and implement space allocation plans, and monitor utilization metrics to maximize efficiency
- Ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, and developing actionable outcomes as required
- Implement environmentally friendly practices in real estate operations, such as energy efficiency measures and recycling programs
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify insights and inform decision-making, writing reports and presentations, and able to confidently present data to stakeholders
Additional details:
7+ years of experience with workplace solutions and facilities management is required with a customer focused approach. Global headquarter experience is highly desirable. Previous people management experience is required. This role requires an on-site presence in our North Hills location.
