Learning Management Technical Lead - CSOD

Position Title:                          Learning Management Technical Lead-CSOD

Position Location:                   541 Church at North Hills Street, Suite 1000, Raleigh, NC 27609

Hybrid work: Must work at worksite location at least 2 days per week.

Hours:                                     Full Time / 40 hours per week

Summary of Duties:    Responsible for the overall technical management of the CSOD LMS, including system configuration, data analysis, reporting, and ensuring learning compliance. Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS to meet organizational learning needs. Lead the implementation of new features, system upgrades, and integrations with other HR and business systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track learning metrics, compliance, and user engagement. Analyze learning data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and improve training programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver customized reports that meet business objectives. Oversee learning compliance processes, ensuring that training programs and certifications meet regulatory and industry standards. Monitor and enforce compliance deadlines, providing regular updates and alerts to stakeholders. Ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness for all learning and development activities.

Education requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study.

Experience requirements:         5 years of progressive experience in Learning Management Solutions and Cornerstone OnDemand LMS.

Special Skills or Other Requirements:   Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:

  • LMS architecture, including front-end user interface, back-end infrastructure, database schemas, and API integrations.
  • Configuring, administering, and maintaining leading LMS platforms.
  • HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle PeopleSoft) and integration.
  • Configuring, managing, and maintaining enterprise-level CMS platforms.
  • Integration middleware and APIs (LMS, HRIS, CMS, CRM, RESTful APIs, SOAP, web services, XML, and JSON).
  • Troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring seamless data flow between applications.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and security best practices for enterprise applications.
  • Using reporting tools to extract data, generate reports, and analyze key metrics.
  • Data Integration, ETL, SQL, Data Modeling, and translating business requirements into data-driven insights and identifying KPIs.

Travel requirements:    10% Domestic and 5% International travel required.
