Recruitment Coordinator [12 month FTC]
Job ID R0000044100 Dublin, Leinster, IrelandWe are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Dublin in a hybrid capacity [1-2 days per month in the office]. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our talent acquisition activities that help build the teams driving clinical research innovation. This position plays a key role in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, hiring process execution, and candidate experience management. Responsibilities include generating candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle with opportunities to deepen your expertise in talent acquisition and influence hiring outcomes. You'll join a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment focused on making a meaningful impact through building exceptional teams that advance clinical research. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate professional correspondence with candidates and new hires, including offer letters and onboarding communications
Schedule and coordinate candidate phone, video, and in-person interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
Process background checks, reference checks, and manage necessary onboarding tasks to support new hire integration
Manage requisition and candidate workflow in the applicant tracking system (Workday) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and timely communication
Post requisitions to internal and external job boards to maximize candidate reach and sourcing effectiveness
Run recruiter and candidate reports to track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and support data-driven decision making

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment support
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences environment
Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise human resources information systems
Experience with high-volume recruitment or staffing operations
