Senior Resource Planner in Romania

About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Resource Plannerto lead resource optimization and strategic workforce planning across our Romania operations. In this pivotal role, you will directly impact project success and operational efficiency by identifying, allocating, and forecasting resources for proposals, bid defense meetings, and awarded clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead resource planning, allocation, and forecasting for a large portfolio of team members
- Identify and assign qualified team members for proposals, bid defense meetings, and awarded projects
- Monitor resource demand and supply; develop monthly resourcing projection reports
- Evaluate resource requirements and coordinate CV submissions with stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy in resource management tools and reconcile planned vs. actual hours
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence resource-related decisions
Required Qualifications
- Experience:Proven experience in resource planning within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment; clinical trial resource forecasting is a plus
- Education:Bachelor's Degree (Health or Biological Sciences preferred)
- Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and resource management tools; hands-on experience with PLTR system is a big plus
- Languages:Fluent in written and oral English (mandatory) + local language
