Site Payment Lead 1
Job ID R0000032273 , ArgentinaThe Investigator Payment Lead is responsible for coordinating team activities across studies, managing site payments, and ensuring effective setup within the investigator payment system. They work independently, providing proactive support, identifying risks, and offering resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Investigator Payment Office queries on assigned studies.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary information.
- Participate in study start-up meetings and lead payment strategy discussions. Manage audits and inspections.
- Demonstrate expertise in clinical trial pricing/budgeting tools.
- Ensure compliance with Parexel's SOPs and procedures.
- Analyze and present data to stakeholders.
- Train team members within the Investigator Payment Office.
- Manage end-to-end Investigator Payments process.
- Resolve escalated helpdesk issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Participate in Project Strategy Meetings.
Required Skills:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Advanced to excellent English proficiency for non-native speakers.
