Responsibilities
Parexel FSP is looking for a Lead CRA to join our team. This position will lead a group of CRA's across LATAM. The candidates could be based anywhere in Argentina, Chile or Peru.
- The Lead CRA will:
- Have at least 3 years in Senior CRA role
- Exceed expectations of Senior CRA role
- Have monitored oncology trials
Knowledge and Experience:
- Substantial Site Management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research, with understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology
Had the opportunity to perform some or all of these tasks:
- Serves as mentor to less experienced CRAs
- Conducts assessment visits for less experienced CRAs
- Supports with CRA peer interviews
- Able to participate in business development proposals or meetings
- May serve as Subject Matter Expert for processes or systems
- Has demonstrated a commitment to continue to expand knowledge of therapeutic areas
- Has served as a Lead CRA for studies
- Has participated in audits and inspections
- Act as a mentor and role model for other team members.
Education:
- Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or other equivalent experience
