Job ID R0000031119 , ArgentinaWe are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clinical applications. You will ensure that all Clinical applications are functioning optimally to support the ongoing business. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure that all business/application related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be working with a diverse group of users with varying levels of technical/business expertise. Fully remote position.
To work on the IT tickets raised by business related to the applications.
Understanding the business functionality of the applications that are being supported.
Actively work with one or more functional areas within PAREXEL to align business process with systems and tools.
Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications.
Collaborate with other IT Team members.
Document technical issues and solutions.
Provide on-call support as needed.
Provide excellent resolutions to all the Application issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (not mandatory)
- Minimum of 1- 5 years of experience in IT support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to provide on-call support.
- Experience in SQL queries.
- Very good oral and written English skills.
