Parexel's office in Berlin is comprised of five houses, which make up "Parexel City." It is situated in Berlin Charlottenburg, and is home to approximately 1,500 employees who represent over 50 nationalities! This is also inclusive of the Early Phase unit in the Klinikum Westend building, a facility established in 1904.

Parexel Early Phase provides hospital-based early phase drug development services from the very first time a new medicine is tested in a human (First in Man) to efficacy studies to prove that a new drug holds therapeutic benefit to the target patient population (Proof of Concept). Oftentimes, Parexel is seeking Project Leaders, Research Nurses, and other key positions to help facilitate our clinical research.
