Redesigned office space provides enjoyable, productive working environment
Our Sheffield United Kingdom office is located in the canal basin area known as Victoria Quays. The office moved to Navigation House in 2000 with 65 employees, and currently has 130 employees. Most employees based out of Sheffield work in Clinical Research Services, namely Global Data Operations (including Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, Database Programming and Data Management), Medical Writing and Project Leadership.
In November, Parexel Sheffield employees settled into a refurbished office. The updated office utilizes an agile working environment in which not all employees have a dedicated desk in the updated space. Select meeting rooms now include standing desks, and all meeting rooms are soundproofed. The refurbished office includes two breakout areas which incorporate design techniques that allow for more private conversations and minimize sound traveling outside the meeting space and also includes state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities.
Parexel Sheffield now has an environment that is reflective of Parexel as an organization, and a place where we can conduct our work and meetings with appropriate facilities and infrastructure to support that.
