Our offices in Bengaluru, called IndiQube and EcoWorld offer employees a flexible work space and room to grow.
The city of Bangalore, recently renamed as Bengaluru, is the state capital of Karnataka. It is one of the most attractive modern cities in India and is the fifth largest metropolis. The city is famous for its beautiful parks, avenues, impressive buildings, heritage centers and excellent shopping facilities. It is a magnificent place to visit and a delightful destination. In its own right, Bengaluru is the gateway to Southern India.
The new offices, called IndiQube and EcoWorld were strategically designed to support a variety of work styles. There are collaboration zones in bright colors, freestanding high tables with stools to serve as informal meeting spaces, quiet rooms for group meetings, and private booths for phone calls. The design improves collaboration, and allows for sufficient flexibility to utilize the office beyond workstations.
The IndiQube office is home to Clinical Operations department, and the EcoWorld office houses Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research Services and Parexel Regulatory Outsourcing and Shared Services (PROS). The EcoWorld office is also located in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), a government-designated area that provides high quality infrastructure and financial incentives to support the area’s economic growth. Additionally, the EcoWorld office is LEED-Platinum certified project, designed for a natural and optimal energy footprint with richly landscaped central sculpture and extensive water features. Finally, with more than 72,000 square feet in total, it will allow PAREXEL to continue to grow.
The building and project planning undertook intensive studies using models and computer simulation to understand and utilize the wind flow pattern in the campus. The breeze from the surrounding lakes is harnessed to cool the campus. Buildings are oriented along the geographic East-West axis along the Sun Path which determines the efficient use of glazed panels – preferred on the North and South facades.
